Winter is here!
Please a remember a few things:
There is no on street parking, especially during winter storm events.
Garbage is only picked up once a week from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Recycling is picked up every Friday
Pool and Casino are closed for the season. During the Summer if you are planning on having a party at the pool or in the Casino? Reach out the Board and let them know: FloradanBOD@gmail.com
